What you’ll do
- Set and execute the technology services strategy across cloud, infrastructure, data, cyber and service delivery
- Uplift service management (ITIL v4), SLAs and CSAT; use metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Embed a security-first mindset and align practices with ISO 27001 controls
- Own vendor performance and value: managed services, support contracts and licensing optimisation
- Guide the data enablement agenda: platforms, governance and reporting that inform smarter decisions
- Lead service desk excellence: shift-left, knowledge management and incident/problem/change discipline
- Coach and empower team leads; build a positive, accountable, customer-focused culture
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business goals into pragmatic roadmaps and release plans
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualifications and 5+ years in senior IT leadership across multi-discipline teams
- Proven uplift of customer service capability and service maturity in constrained environments
- Delivery track record for defined programs/projects and clear outcome ownership
- Hands-on experience implementing data strategies across multi-platform environments
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder influence skills
- ITSM tooling/process optimisation expertise (incident, problem, change, request, CMDB)
Nice to have
- ITIL v4 certification and experience with modern ITSM toolsets
- Technical depth across SQL, Power BI/DAX, Azure, SSIS/SSAS and advanced Excel
- Sector familiarity with NFP/NDIS environments
