  • Uplift service management (ITIL v4), SLAs and CSAT; use metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Embed a security-first mindset and align practices with ISO 27001 controls
  • Own vendor performance and value: managed services, support contracts and licensing optimisation
  • Guide the data enablement agenda: platforms, governance and reporting that inform smarter decisions
  • Lead service desk excellence: shift-left, knowledge management and incident/problem/change discipline
  • Coach and empower team leads; build a positive, accountable, customer-focused culture
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business goals into pragmatic roadmaps and release plans

What you’ll bring

  • Tertiary qualifications and 5+ years in senior IT leadership across multi-discipline teams
  • Proven uplift of customer service capability and service maturity in constrained environments
  • Delivery track record for defined programs/projects and clear outcome ownership
  • Hands-on experience implementing data strategies across multi-platform environments
  • Strong vendor management and stakeholder influence skills
  • ITSM tooling/process optimisation expertise (incident, problem, change, request, CMDB)

Nice to have

  • ITIL v4 certification and experience with modern ITSM toolsets
  • Technical depth across SQL, Power BI/DAX, Azure, SSIS/SSAS and advanced Excel
  • Sector familiarity with NFP/NDIS environments

  • Hybrid: Perth Metro office with flexible WFH rhythm
  • Culture: inclusive, outcome-oriented, high trust and continuous improvement

Compensation & details

  • Permanent, full-time
  • Competitive NFP package with salary packaging benefits
  • Must have full Australian work rights
  • Background checks as required
