- As Copilot and AI use cases continue to evolve, they need a strong Microsoft platform engineer who can deliver practical solutions today, while progressively building and embedding Copilot and AI-driven automation in a controlled, production-ready way.
What you’ll do
- Design and deliver Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
- Build and extend automation across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and line-of-business systems
- Develop and evolve Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions where AI adds genuine value
- Integrate low-code solutions with APIs, data sources and enterprise systems when required
- Apply appropriate governance, security and data controls to automation and AI use cases
- Work with stakeholders to identify, prioritise and deliver high-impact automation opportunities
- Support rollout, training and adoption to ensure solutions are embedded into everyday workflows
- Monitor usage and performance, iterating on solutions as needs evolve
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years’ experience delivering solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft 365 stack
- Strong hands-on capability with Power Apps, Power Automate and enterprise workflow automation
- Experience working within Microsoft cloud environments (Azure, Entra ID, M365)
- Exposure to Copilot, conversational AI, chatbots or AI-assisted automation, with the ability to build depth in this space
- Confidence in integrating systems, APIs and data sources beyond low-code where required
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with ICT, data and business teams
- Solid understanding of security, compliance and governance in enterprise environments
Nice to have
- Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents experience
- Scripting or development experience (Python, C#, JavaScript/.NET)
- Azure services, Logic Apps or custom connectors
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, LLMs or prompt engineering
- Relevant Microsoft or Azure certifications
Team & ways of working
- You’ll sit within the Corporate ICT function, working closely with enterprise applications, data teams, business unit leaders and external partners.
- The environment is delivery-focused and practical, with an emphasis on building solutions that scale and are adopted, rather than experimentation for its own sake.
Compensation & details
- Permanent, full-time role
- $120k–$150k + super
- Australian work rights required
- Office-based preferred (NOR)
- Up to one WFH day per week
