- The organisation is strengthening its internal Microsoft capability across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
- Copilot and AI use cases are emerging, but the priority is controlled, production-ready rollout inside existing workflows, not standalone data science or experimental AI projects
- This role sits within Corporate ICT and focuses on applied automation and Copilot enablement rather than model training or research-led AI development
What you’ll do
- Design and deliver Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
- Build and extend automation across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and line-of-business systems
- Develop and evolve Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions where AI adds clear operational value
- Integrate low-code solutions with APIs, data sources and enterprise systems where required
- Apply governance, security and data controls to automation and Copilot use cases
- Work directly with business leaders and stakeholders to identify and prioritise automation opportunities
- Support rollout, training and adoption to embed solutions into everyday workflows
- Monitor usage and performance and iterate solutions as business needs evolve
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years’ experience delivering solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft 365 stack
- Strong hands-on capability with Power Apps and Power Automate in enterprise environments
- Experience working within Microsoft cloud environments such as Azure, Entra ID and M365
- Practical experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents or AI-assisted automation within Microsoft ecosystems
- Confidence in integrating systems, APIs and external data sources beyond low-code where required
- Strong communication skills and comfort in engaging directly with non-technical and executive stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with ICT, enterprise applications and business teams
- Solid understanding of security, compliance and governance in enterprise Microsoft environments
Nice to have
- Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents experience in production environments
- Scripting or development experience such as Python, C#, JavaScript or .NET
- Azure services, Logic Apps or custom connector development
- Exposure to AI concepts as applied within enterprise workflows
- Relevant Microsoft or Azure certifications
Team & ways of working
- You’ll sit within the Corporate ICT function, working closely with enterprise applications, business unit leaders and external partners
- The environment is delivery-focused and practical, with an emphasis on scalable, adopted solutions rather than experimentation for its own sake
Compensation & details
- Permanent, full-time role
- $120k–$150k + super
- Australian work rights required
- Office-based preferred (NOR)
- Up to one WFH day per week
