Join a leading data and analytics consultancy helping clients make sense of their data, AI, and analytics. As an Engagement Manager, you’ll blend technical know-how with project leadership to guide clients through data transformation from concept to delivery.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end analytics and data projects, ensuring business outcomes stay front and centre
- Act as the trusted advisor and main client contact, managing communication, expectations, and delivery success
- Translate strategy into executable delivery plans: scope, schedule, and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams
- Provide project management oversight on timelines, budgets, and quality
- Contribute technical depth in areas such as BI, data engineering, cloud, or governance
- Design and deliver scalable, modern analytics solutions using tools like Power BI, Snowflake, or Databricks
- Mentor consultants and engineers, fostering both technical and professional growth
- Support change management, helping clients embed new technologies and practices
- Collaborate with leadership on proposals and pre-sales activities
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years delivering analytics or data solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment
- Proven success leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management skills; PMP, Agile, or similar a plus
- Hands-on experience with analytics and database tools (Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks)
- Familiarity with orchestration and transformation tools (dbt, Matillion, Fivetran, Informatica, Python)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills across technical and executive audiences
- A track record of bringing clarity to complexity and driving results
Bonus points for
- Experience in data modernisation or governance initiatives
- Change management or organisational transformation background
- Exposure to pre-sales or proposal scoping
- A passion for mentoring and building high-performing teams

You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-calibre consulting team working across industries. The role is based in Perth CBD with 2 days WFH as standard, though remote options are available for the right candidate.
