About the Role

We're partnering with a well-established gold miner to find a talented Power BI / Qlik Developer / Data Specialist ready to own their BI capability end-to-end.

This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes Qlik Sense or Power BI and wants to make a genuine impact across a data-rich environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, building and maintaining interactive Qlik Sense applications, dashboards and data models
• Translating operational requirements into clean, scalable reporting assets
• Integrating Qlik Sense with production databases and scheduling systems
• Supporting reporting needs across finance, planning, logistics and other business functions
• Consolidating existing reporting into unified, governed Qlik-based solutions
• Collaborating with external consultants and internal stakeholders on shared deliverables
• Delivering end-user training and documentation to drive self-service capability
• Acting as the internal Qlik Sense SME - owning best practice, enhancements and platform evolution
• Contributing to broader BI initiatives including data ingestion, transformation and warehousing
• Pitching in across data engineering, cleansing, migration and ad hoc analysis as needed

What We're Looking For

• Solid hands-on Qlik Sense development experience
• Strong data modelling and dashboard design skills
• Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience integrating BI tools with operational or production data systems
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
• Experience in an operational or industry environment (highly regarded)
