Technical Support Analyst | Subiaco | ~$450/day Incl. Super

Why this role exists

Our client is a Subiaco-based miner in a significant growth phase that needs a strong L1 support analyst to come in, hit the ground running, and grow with the team over time.

What you'll do

• Handle Level 1 incidents and requests across hardware, software and Microsoft 365
• Triage and prioritise tickets in ServiceNow
• Provide calm, clear remote and on-site support to end users
• Complete AD tasks: resets, unlocks, group membership checks
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to KB articles and process improvements
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 with clear and thorough documentation
• Support onboarding and offboarding of users across M365 and Active Directory

What you'll bring

• Strong L1 fundamentals: troubleshooting, ITIL basics, SOPs and task ownership
• Experience with a modern ITSM platform (ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Halo or similar)
• Microsoft 365 confidence: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and MFA
• Solid Active Directory administration experience
• Clear communication with users, even when they're stressed
• A genuine desire to grow into L2 and take on more responsibility over time

Compensation & details

• 3-6 month contract with the potential to go permanent
• $400 to $500 per day including superannuation
• Standard full-time hours with flexible start and finish
• Australian work rights required, sponsorship not available
