Why this role exists
This role underpins the success of a large-scale global data transformation, ensuring smooth migration, testing, and cutover across multiple regions. You’ll be the bridge between users and global project teams.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and validate migration templates for UAT and PROD environments
- Load and reconcile files in MDM platforms (EBX or equivalent)
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues flagged in migration/error reports
- Plan and support cutover activities, including downstream system coordination
- Configure and manage test tools (e.g. QTEST), migrate test cases, and track defects
- Provide UAT, SIT, and end-to-end testing support for ANZ users
- Deliver training and user support across sales and POS systems in the region
- Liaise with international teams across Europe, US, and Asia-Pac to align migration milestones
What you’ll bring
- Strong Excel skills (lookups, data cleansing, transformations)
- Experience in master data management (EBX, Informatica, or similar)
- Solid business analysis background with exposure to data migration projects
- Familiarity with testing and defect management practices
- Excellent communication skills for cross-time-zone collaboration
- Nice to have: experience in retail/manufacturing data, Databricks exposure, JIRA or similar
Team & ways of working
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across Europe and North America
- Project downtime mid-December to early January, then pushing through to June 2026 go-live
Compensation & details
- Contract: 6 months to end of June 2026, daily rate $750–$900 incl. super
- Potential pathway to permanent role after project completion
- Must have full Australian work rights
