Senior Systems Analyst | Perth-Based | $150k to $170k Package

Why this role exists

This role underpins the reliability and evolution of enterprise platforms supporting both site and corporate operations for a major ASX-listed resources company. You’ll ensure critical systems stay secure, integrated and fit for purpose while contributing to the company’s digital modernisation agenda.


What you’ll do

  • Administer and maintain core enterprise systems (e.g. INX, Pronto, SuccessFactors, Qlik Sense, LMS, SRS)
  • Configure workflows, manage data security and ensure compliance with governance standards
  • Provide L1/L2 support and training for end users across corporate and site environments
  • Coordinate upgrades, integrations and new feature rollouts
  • Manage reporting, validation and analytics to improve decision-making
  • Support AI and automation initiatives including Copilot enablement and adoption
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver system enhancements
  • Provide occasional site-based systems support (short FIFO rotations for coverage)


What you’ll bring

  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Proven experience in enterprise systems administration or application support
  • Familiarity with one or more of INX, Pronto, SuccessFactors or Qlik Sense
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability
  • Willingness to travel to operational sites occasionally (FIFO coverage)
  • Valid driver’s licence and recent National Police Clearance

Compensation & details

  • Salary: $150k to $170k total package
  • Location: Perth metro (corporate office)
  • Work rights: AU citizenship or PR required
  • Type: Permanent, full-time
