Why this role exists
This role underpins the reliability and evolution of enterprise platforms supporting both site and corporate operations for a major ASX-listed resources company. You’ll ensure critical systems stay secure, integrated and fit for purpose while contributing to the company’s digital modernisation agenda.
What you’ll do
- Administer and maintain core enterprise systems (e.g. INX, Pronto, SuccessFactors, Qlik Sense, LMS, SRS)
- Configure workflows, manage data security and ensure compliance with governance standards
- Provide L1/L2 support and training for end users across corporate and site environments
- Coordinate upgrades, integrations and new feature rollouts
- Manage reporting, validation and analytics to improve decision-making
- Support AI and automation initiatives including Copilot enablement and adoption
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver system enhancements
- Provide occasional site-based systems support (short FIFO rotations for coverage)
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science or related discipline
- Proven experience in enterprise systems administration or application support
- Familiarity with one or more of INX, Pronto, SuccessFactors or Qlik Sense
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability
- Willingness to travel to operational sites occasionally (FIFO coverage)
- Valid driver’s licence and recent National Police Clearance

- Salary: $150k to $170k total package
