  • Work with business and vendor teams to triage and resolve tickets
  • Identify and deliver process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Support the ongoing ERP implementation and gradually take over BAU support

Why this role exists

Our client is mid-implementation of a new ERP platform and needs someone who can hit the ground running to support their current system, Pronto. The priority is stabilising BAU by resolving tickets, working with vendors, and keeping the system running. As the environment matures, there’s scope to step into system improvements, automation, and broader ERP project work, with a longer-term pathway into wider Business Analyst responsibilities.

What you’ll do

  • Own ERP support by triaging and resolving tickets across finance and operations
  • Liaise with ERP vendor and internal teams to solve issues
  • Document fixes, processes, and requirements to support BAU and future changes
  • Identify automation and improvement opportunities and implement solutions
  • Contribute to ERP implementation activities and transition responsibilities from existing team members

What you’ll bring

  • Experience with ERP systems (multi-platform preferred, Pronto ideal)
  • Basic coding skills (SQL, Python, VBA) to support automation and analysis
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and learn on the job
  • Background in ERP consulting, configuration or onboarding experience is highly regarded

Team and ways of working

  • Reports to a senior BA and technical lead
  • Works closely with finance, operations, and IT teams
  • Perth-based with a hybrid work rhythm
  • Contract-to-permanent opportunity with growth over 12–18 months

Compensation and details

  • $700 - $800 p/d Incl. Super
  • Potential for immediate permanent
  • Full-time hours with hybrid flexibility
  • Australian work rights required

Why it’s different

This role starts with a focus on hands-on ERP support but is designed to grow. Once BAU is steady, you’ll step into project work, system improvements, and automation initiatives, creating a pathway into bigger ERP transformation responsibilities over the next 12–18 months.
