What you’ll do

• Design and deliver operational dashboards, reports and self-service analytics aligned to business priorities
• Analyse operational performance to identify risks, trends and improvement opportunities
• Lead deep-dive analysis and root cause investigations across operational metrics
• Partner with leaders to define KPIs, data standards and performance frameworks
• Act as the bridge between operational stakeholders and technology/data teams
• Lead end-to-end business analysis across operational and technology initiatives
• Document requirements, functional specifications and acceptance criteria for solutions
• Map current and future state processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Support solution delivery, implementation readiness and benefits realisation tracking
• Promote data literacy and insight-led decision making across the organisation

What you’ll bring

• ~5+ years in Business Analytics, Business Analysis, Data Analytics or transformation roles
• Strong experience with operational reporting and performance analytics
• Ability to turn analysis into clear business recommendations and measurable outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience translating business needs into system, data and process requirements
• Strong documentation and governance discipline across requirements and delivery artefacts

Nice to have

• SQL and/or Python for deeper analysis
• Exposure to modern data platforms (e.g. cloud data warehouses and transformation tooling)
• Experience with process improvement or Lean methodologies

Team & ways of working

You’ll work closely with Operations, IT, Data, Finance and Transformation teams, partnering with senior operational leaders to shape reporting standards and performance frameworks.
