Account Manager (Renewals & Growth) | Perth | Uncapped OTE

Why this role exists

Perth’s SAP and data ecosystem is expanding, and this systems integration partner needs someone to take ownership of a key customer portfolio. The goal: protect recurring revenue while uncovering new opportunities across AMS, SAP licensing, and managed services, while collaborating with SAP and cloud partners to drive aligned go-to-market activity.


What you’ll do

  • Own and manage a defined portfolio of existing customers across AMS, SAP licensing, and annuity-based services
  • Drive proactive renewals to ensure high retention and minimal churn
  • Grow accounts by identifying new projects, services, and solution streams across integration, data, analytics, and ERP
  • Work closely with delivery, service management, and consulting leads to plan account expansion
  • Leverage SAP and partner ecosystems (Google Cloud, Microsoft, etc.) to drive new opportunities
  • Support Account Executives on strategic pursuits through cross-sell and upsell pathways
  • Develop and execute annual account plans with clear growth targets and engagement roadmaps
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and account visibility through disciplined CRM use
  • Ensure commercial compliance and accuracy across proposals, contracts, and invoicing
  • Balance your effort: roughly 30% renewals, 50% account growth, 20% net new


What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in Account Management within SAP, IT services, or consulting
  • Proven success in renewals, commercial negotiation, and revenue retention
  • Track record of identifying and executing cross-sell and upsell initiatives
  • Strong commercial acumen with end-to-end contract management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including C-level engagement
  • Familiarity with SAP RISE, GROW, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or related cloud solutions (preferred but not essential)
  • Collaborative, results-driven, and customer-focused with a growth mindset


Team & ways of working

  • Perth-based hybrid setup (2 days WFH typical)
  • Work closely with delivery, service management, and consulting leaders
  • Structured onboarding, shared playbook, and defined growth metrics


Compensation & details

  • Permanent role with uncapped OTE (target mix around 70% growth / 30% renewals)
  • Defined base commission on renewals, accelerator structure on new revenue
  • Sponsorship not available; must hold valid Australian work rights
