Senior Functional Consultant – Business Central (Permanent)

These are permanent opportunities available for consultants based in Perth and on the East Coast, with flexibility to work from home several days a week.
You’ll work closely with clients to deliver end-to-end Business Central solutions, from requirements gathering through to configuration, deployment, and post-go-live support. This is a chance to join a collaborative team that values growth, mentorship, and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Run client workshops to understand business requirements and map processes to Business Central functionality
- Configure and implement Business Central modules such as Finance, Projects, Inventory, and Manufacturing
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and data migrations
- Prepare functional design documents and user training materials
- Support users through go-live, troubleshooting, and post-implementation optimisation
- Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the practice
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Functional Consultant working with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes, ideally across Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment
- Passion for learning and developing within a growing, high-performing team
