Senior Associate Analyst | Perth CBD | Permanent | $100k - $120k + super + bonus

What you’ll do

  • Lead the design and development of analytical models, tools and frameworks
  • Shape high-quality datasets through strong data collection, cleansing and preparation
  • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover trends and predict outcomes
  • Turn results into crisp, visual insights using modern BI tools
  • Manage analytical projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, scope and delivery stay on track
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep work moving
  • Build strong client relationships, understand their goals and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Communicate complex findings in clear, human language
  • Spot opportunities to add value and elevate the client experience


What you’ll bring

Must-haves

  • Strong background in advanced analytics within a commercial or consulting environment
  • Proficiency in Python, R or SQL
  • Demonstrated experience in statistical modelling and machine learning
  • Solid project management capability and comfort running cross-functional workstreams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity
  • Strong data visualisation skills with tools like Power BI or Tableau


Nice-to-haves

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative field
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts
  • Exposure to solution development frameworks or enterprise data environments

You’ll join a collaborative analytics team working closely with data, technology and business stakeholders.
