What you’ll do
- Design and optimise multi-channel journeys across email, SMS, web, social and events
- Build and deploy campaigns in Microsoft Customer Insights (Data & Journeys)
- Translate business needs into automation blueprints and dynamic segments
- Develop forms, Power Pages and landing pages (HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript)
- Support A/B testing and campaign execution to improve engagement outcomes
- Track and present performance insights using Power BI dashboards
- Advise stakeholders on digital engagement, data compliance and best practice
- Integrate social channels and monitor engagement trends
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data & Journeys) experience
- Strong understanding of segmentation, marketing automation and data orchestration
- Proficiency with Power Platform, Power BI, Dataverse and Azure Logic Apps
- Analytical mindset with confidence in reporting and insight presentation
- Collaborative approach and ability to lead cross-functional workshops
- Experience in higher education or large service organisations (desirable)

You’ll work across multiple portfolios to improve how students, alumni and partners connect through data and automation. The role offers genuine flexibility with two days WFH, alongside strong support for training, professional development and Microsoft certification.
Compensation & details
- Salary: $125k–$138k + 14.5% superannuation
- Work rights: Valid Australian work rights
- Contract: 2-year fixed term
